WSI shares an understanding with our clients that success springs from quality products.  And of all the factors that influence quality in a CNC machining environment, the most critical one is culture. While WSI has invested heavily in technology that ensures our work meets the highest tolerances, we place equal emphasis on ensuring that every person in every phase of the process embodies and enforces an unwavering commitment to perfection.

From a technology standpoint, WSI uses inspection equipment customized to meet the needs of our customers, like the leak testers for many of our powersports components or the specialized test gauges for our engine components. We support quality assurance processes including FMEA, PPAP and APQP, conduct continuous in-process quality verification, and offer complete CMM capability from process through final inspection. And while we’re very proud of our impressively low PPM rate, we never stop looking for ways to improve it.
